Your photograph, contact details, and shipping address, collected solely to create, produce, and deliver your piece.
How your photograph is used
Uploaded photos are used only to generate your own piece. We never sell them, share them with third parties, or use them for any purpose other than crafting your piece.
Cookies & analytics measurement
We use essential cookies and local storage to preserve your preview session, authentication state, and cookie preferences. When consented, we also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel & Conversions API (hashed email/location signals for ad attribution deduplication), and TikTok Pixel to understand how visitors discover and experience our studio.
Your privacy & opt-out rights (GDPR, UK & US)
Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are presented with an explicit opt-in banner before any non-essential analytics or advertising cookies run. Visitors in any region (including US states with privacy opt-out rights) can review, grant, or withdraw analytics and advertising consent at any time using the button above, or request access to or deletion of their personal data.
Data retention
We keep your gallery and order history so you can revisit past pieces at any time. You can request full deletion of your account and photographs whenever you'd like.
Who else sees it
Only the handful of trusted partners required to run the studio (our payment processor, our authentication provider, and our shipping carriers), and none of them retain your raw photograph beyond producing your order.
