Orders & approval
Every order begins with a digital preview generated from your photograph. Production only begins once you have approved the rendering. Approval is treated as final sign-off on pose, framing, and edition.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency (USD, NZD, AUD, GBP, EUR, or CAD) at the time of approval through our secure checkout. We never store your card details ourselves: payment is processed entirely by our payment provider.
Production & shipping
Once approved, pieces enter our handcrafting queue. Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may extend slightly during high-volume periods. We will always keep you posted by email.
Damage & defects
Because every piece is made to order from your own photograph, we can only offer replacements for pieces that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Promotional offers
Promotional offers apply to new orders only, one per household, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, and apply only to the base sculpture price (not shipping, expedited production, or additional editions). Promotional pricing is locked in at the time you approve your piece, not at the time of photo upload; expired codes cannot be honoured retroactively after checkout.
